  • KSEEK Co., Ltd(referred to as 'the company' hereinafter) makes much of privacy of clients and obeserves "the Law regarding the Promotion of Information and Communication Network Use and Protection of Information."

    7. 3. the Period of Preservation and Usage of Personal Information
    8. Personal information of users is, in principle, destroyed right after completing the purpose of collection and usage for personal information. But, the following information is retained for the period specified below for the following reasons.

      4. 4. Destruction Procedures and Methods for Personal Information
      5. In principle, after the purpose of personal information collection and usage is completed, the company destroys the information without delay. Destruction procedures and methods are as follows:

      7. In principle, the company does not provide personal information to the outside. But, the cases below are exceptions.

For the inquiry and modification for the personal information of users and children under the age of 14, they can click on the menu of "modification of personal information"(or "change of member information"), and for the withdrawal of sign-up(or, "cancellation of agreement"), they can click on the menu of "withdrawal of sign-up". Through this, they are directly able to read, modify, or withdraw their information after going through formalities of identity verification. Or, if users inform us by letter, phone, or email, we will take measures for that without delay. In case that users ask for the correction of personal information, the data will not be served or available until the completion of the correction. Also, in case that information that was not corrected was provided to a third party already, we will notify the third party of the corrected result without delay, so that the correction may be completed. Personal information that was cancelled or deleted at the request of a user or legal representative is processed as specified in the policy of "the Preservation and Utilization Period for Personal Information", and will not be read and utilized by any other purpose.
